Overview
The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing concepts that increases brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and drive engagement. The Social Media Manager will create, implement and manage the creative materials.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes social media data and use it to improve content and strategies. - Manages content calendars. - Works with cross-functional teams to ensure social media strategies are integrated into broader marketing initiatives. - Manages and actively follows social media and other digital marketing methods. Integrates new social media ideas and methods into the company's approaches. Stay abreast of and report on social media trends and best practices. - Develops monthly social media reports and campaign dashboards. - Generates, edits, and publishes engaging daily social media content. - Provides guidance to interns and approve their work for public posting.
Qualifications
4-5+ years’ experience in social media marketing required Preferably in social media content production, graphic design, presentation design - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent project management and organizational skills. - Knowledge of social media platforms, trends and best practices. - Experience with social media management tools and analytic platforms. - Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, scheduling work assignments. - Experience working with multiple stakeholders; client service oriented.
