Overview
Our Associate Service Managers must assist in the daily operations of the Service Center to ensure the delivery excellent results and achieve goals quarter after quarter, month after month, on all aspects of customers, people, operations, and financials.
Responsibilities
- Work with other developers to ensure that the website is functional and visually appealing. - Liaise with the client to gauge their needs and expectations. - Plan the layout of the website. - Ensure that the website is optimized for various devices. - Use analytics to test client enjoyment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience - At least 3 years of product management experience or at least 3 years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering - MBA or Master’s degree - 2+ years of experience in Agile product management
